1. Service and operator
bLeaH is an EvoPixel service. These terms cover bleah.xyz, the dashboard, Discord bot and official apps linking to them. For questions, complaints or support, contact contact@bleah.xyz. Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Depending on configuration and plan, bLeaH provides commands, moderation, profiles, community activities, media playback and AI features. It is not operated by Discord. Discord and other platforms remain subject to their own rules.
2. Accounts, permissions and responsibilities
Dashboard sign-in uses Discord. We do not ask for your Discord password. Protect your account and grant the bot only necessary permissions. You must be authorised to install or configure it on a server; a dashboard role does not grant rights over other servers.
Server administrators select features, channels and local rules and must inform members about bot use, including moderation and AI. They cannot provide consent on behalf of all members where individual consent is required. Meet Discord's minimum age in your country; minors need legal representative approval for contracts where required by law.
3. Acceptable use and content
Do not use bLeaH for spam, harassment, fraud, illegal content, abusive data collection, attacks, copyright infringement or bypassing permissions and technical limits. Do not submit passwords, access keys or unnecessary sensitive information in commands, messages or AI conversations.
You retain rights in your content. Using features permits processing and transmission only as necessary for the requested feature and under the privacy policy; it is not a general ownership transfer to EvoPixel. You must be entitled to supply the materials and use requested media. Bot points, levels and virtual currency are entertainment features, not money, deposits or promises of real earnings.
4. Moderation and artificial intelligence
Automated moderation applies configured features and rules but may make mistakes. Contact server administrators to dispute server sanctions; contact us for bLeaH service issues. You may request human review of restrictions imposed directly by bLeaH.
AI features may send messages, context, images or voice to the AI provider as explained in the privacy policy. Inform participants before enabling an AI voice session. Responses are generated automatically, may be inaccurate and do not replace verification or professional advice. Do not use results as the sole basis for important decisions about people. Usage limits and available features may depend on the plan and provider capacity.
5. Premium and payments
The plan price, currency, duration and benefits appear before confirming payment through PayPal. Distinguish a one-time payment from a renewing subscription. Renewal applies only to the recurring plan approved at checkout under the conditions shown there.
You can stop renewal in the dashboard or through PayPal's applicable subscription options. Stopping renewal prevents future payments; it is not itself a refund request. Benefits generally remain available for the paid period, subject to order conditions and justified security measures. If a non-renewing plan named 'lifetime' is offered, it refers to the operating lifetime of bLeaH, not a guarantee of perpetual availability; statutory rights for paid services still apply.
For payment or activation issues, send the order identifier without full card details. Future price changes do not retroactively alter accepted payments. Changes to ongoing subscriptions require notice and the rights provided by law and payment terms.
6. Withdrawal and statutory rights
A consumer entering a distance contract generally has 14 days to withdraw. Send a clear statement to the contact address identifying the purchase. Starting a service during that period requires your express request; a proportionate charge for work performed may apply on withdrawal if the legal conditions are met.
Loss of withdrawal rights for a fully performed service or immediately supplied digital content applies only with the legally required consents and acknowledgements. Premium activation does not automatically waive all rights. Statutory conformity, remedy and refund rights remain; we do not impose a blanket refund exclusion.
7. Availability and restrictions
Features also depend on Discord, PayPal, OpenAI and other providers. Outages, API changes and capacity limits may occur. We may restrict access proportionately for rule violations, fraud or service protection. You may request reasons and review through the contact address, without requiring disclosure that would compromise security.
We do not guarantee permanent availability or error-free AI results. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or obligations for paid services. Removing the bot from a server does not automatically cancel a PayPal subscription or instantly erase all mandatory records.
8. Changes and disputes
Updated versions are published here. Significant changes to ongoing services are subject to required notice; an update does not retroactively alter an accepted order. Contact us first if you wish to resolve a problem. Romanian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections. Access to competent courts and ANPC or other authorities remains available; we do not require compulsory arbitration.
